Exercise alone will no give you the body that you would like to have. In order to reduce body fat you’ll need to have a balanced diet. Yes, a diet!!! … a diet shouldn’t be a torture for you if you eat what you like in small portions.

Protein is very important for you muscles. When you workout the protein in you body breaks down and extra protein is necessary to restore and to build your muscle mass. The more intense is the workout the more protein that is breakdown. That is why it is recommended to take extra protein during your workout. An example of a supplementary protein is whey protein. According to expert advice the daily protein recommended in a diet is .8 grams for every kilogram of you body weigh. Do not take extra protein to make your muscles bigger because if you do it the only thing that you’ll get is to store fat in your body. Besides protein supplements you can also find protein in eggs, beans, chicken, and daily.
